UK Delivery

Shipping costs are included in the price of all products.

We ship anywhere in the UK. Note: We do not currently ship outside of the UK.

Shipping Schedule

We usually ship plants on the next working day after you place your order. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday will be shipped the following Monday to ensure they are not stuck in a sorting office over the weekend, which would be bad for the plant.

Bank Holidays will affect shipping dates, as will availability of stock. On a Bank Holiday, we will ship on the Tuesday instead of the Monday.

Packaging

We ensure that all of our plants are correctly packaged in secure boxes to ensure they reach you in tip-top condition. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail.

• Live Aquarium Plants are shipped in flat pack Large Letter boxes (22.5 x 16 x 2 cm approx.)
• Depending on their size, and quantity, land plants will be sent in Small (21 x 11 x 15.5 cm approx.) or Medium (30 x 16 x 23 cm approx.) sized parcel boxes

Our potted plants are staked in their growing medium and tied to the stake. The pot is then wrapped in cling film to prevent the medium from moving, and then it is fixed to the inside of the box with tape. For certain spiky plants, we add additional soft padding to ensure they don’t sustain damage during transit.

An information sheet is included to help you care for your new green friend.

Live Aquarium Plants are supplied in hermetically sealed bags or containers to ensure that they remain clean on their journey to you.

Please let us know if your plant does not arrive on time and we will seek to rectify the situation.
